How to Add a Warehouse

To add a warehouse, complete the following steps:

1. Identify the warehouse with a unique number code and a brief description using the Warehouse ID field in the header data. This is a required field.
2. Use the Equipment Code field (in the header data) to link a mobile warehouse to the Work Order modules (Standard, Lite, Daily Work). This field is optional.

   Note: Only equipment listed in the Work Flow Setup Equipment module will be available in the pick list.

3. Use the Location grid to specify individual locations within your warehouse. Then once parts are associated with that location (via the Parts Inventory module), those associated parts will appear in the right-hand window of the Location grid.
4. Click to save the record.
5. Click to exit add mode.
6. Click to close the window.
