Adding an Observation

To add an observation record, complete the following steps:

1. Right click in the grid and select Add Record.  The following window will appear:

   

2. Enter data in the Observation and Dye Tests tabs. 

   Note: Additional information on the fields in the Observation and Dye Test tabs are found in the following topics.

3. Enter additional custom information and comments in the tabs provided.
4. Click to save the record.
5. Click to exit Add Mode.
6. Click to close the window.

To view, edit, or delete an existing record, right click on the record and select View Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
