This tab contains a grid that allows you to add segments to your model runs that do not currently exist, but will be added in the future. You will want the new segments included in your model runs in order to accurately plan your budget. This module allows you to indicate when these segments will be incorporated into your budget for rehabilitation and repairs. For example, assume that next year your municipality plans to add an extension to Main Street, between 135th and 151st streets. If you are running a five year model, you will want to include the new segment in your model run for budgeting purposes.
A sample of the grid appears below. You can sort segment records in the grids by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order. Click the heading again to change directions. By using the functions in the grid you can add records or view, edit, and delete existing records.
Note: Streets added here will be included in the analysis for all future years of the model run.
