Resources Grid

The Resources grid allows you to view all resources associated with a crew. Resources may include employees, materials, fluids, or equipment. You can add or edit resources from this grid.

Adding a Resource

To add a resource, complete the following steps:

  1. Right click in the grid and select Add Record. The following screen will appear:

  2. Select the resource type from the code-description pick list.

    Note: The resource type you select will determine the resources available to you. For example, if you choose Equipment as your resource type, you will only be shown the various pieces of equipment for you resources. If you choose Employee for your resource type, you will only be shown the employee code-description pick list.

  3. Select the individual resource from the pick list.
  4. Click to save the record.
  5. Click to close the window.

Viewing, Editing, or Deleting a Resource

To view, edit, or delete a resource, right click on the resource record and select either View Record, Edit Record or Delete Record.

Note: You can only edit the existing resource list, not the resource type.
