Categories

The Categories tab allows you to view all of the categories associated with a piece of equipment.  A sample of the categories grid appears below.  You can sort records by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.  You can double click or right click to view an individual record.

Associating a Category

To add a category, complete the following steps:

  1. Right click in the grid and select Add Record. The following screen will appear:

  2. Select a category from the pick list.
  3. Click to save the record.  
  4. Click to close the window.

Viewing, Editing, or Deleting a Category

To view, edit, or delete the associated category, right click on the category record and select either View Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
