Acceptance Tab

The Acceptance tab has a grid to track Structure Vacuum Tests. This grid allow users to track tests that are performed to check to see if a structure was built correctly.

Structure Vacuum Tests grid

This grid contains a list of all Structure Vacuum tests that were performed for the structure.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

• Right - click in the grid to add a record
• Right - click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
• Double - click on an existing record to open it

How To

Add a Structure Vacuum Test

1. Right click in the Structure Vacuum Test grid and select Add Record. The Manhole Vacuum Testing module will open to a new record.
2. Fill in the Tested Date.

   Note: The Structure and Tested Date are required fields. Adding the record this way will auto - populate the Structure field.

3. Fill out other desired fields
4. Save and close the record
5. The record will appear in the grid.
