General Tab

The general tab contains general overview information about program including the type of utility, department, and the status of the program. There is also a large text field to describe the program.

Field Name	Special Function
Department	A picklist of the agencies Departments. This is shared with the Department field in other Work modules.
Program Rec#	The program record's database record number
Internal PM	Internal Project Manager. This is populated from the `Work Flow Setup > Employee module.` Note: The Employee record must have the Project PM box checked.
