General Tab

The General tab stores location and contact information for the receiving station. At the top of the tab are several fields for general information. At the bottom or the tab is a contacts grid.

Contacts grid

This grid contains allows users to record contacts at the receiving station. A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

• Right - click in the grid to add a record
• Right - click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, Delete Record.
• Double - click on an existing record to open it

How To

Enter a Contact Record

1. Right - click in the Contacts grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear

   

2. Enter the Name. This is a required field and it must be unique for this Receiving Station.
3. Enter any other desired information
4. Save and close the record. It will be added to the grid
