The Pumpouts tab links the Hauler company record to Pumping information records. The tab contains a grid that stores each pumpout record attached to this hauler.
This grid contains allows users to record contacts at the hauler company. A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in each grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow will appear signifying ascending or descending order. The functions in the grid allow user to view, add, edit, or delete the record.

Add a pumpout record

Facility Number* |
The FOG Facility the pumpout is performed at. Click the Facility Number button or click in the field and hit F9 for a list of valid facilities. This list is populated from the FOG Facilities module. |
Unit ID* |
The FOG Extractor that is being pumped out. Click the Unit ID button or click in the field and hit F9 for a list of valid extractors. This list is populated from the FOG Extractors module, and filtered based on the selected Facility. |
Action Date* |
The date of the pumpout. |
Vehicle Number* |
The FOG Hauler vehicle being used for this pumpout. Click the Vehicle Number button or click in the field and hit F9 for a list of valid vehicles. This list is populated with the list of vehicles from this FOG Hauler record on the Vehicles/Drivers tab. |
Driver Name |
The driver of the FOG Hauler vehicle. Click the Driver Name button or click in the field and hit F9 for a list of valid drivers. This list is populated with the list of drivers from this FOG Hauler record on the Vehicles/Drivers tab. Note: Users can manually type in a name here that isn't part of the drivers list. |
Rec Station Number |
The Waste Disposal station the FOG Hauler was emptied at. Click the Rec Station Number button or click in the field and hit F9 for a list of valid receiving stations. This list is populated from the FOG Receiving Stations module. |
