At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Cross Street |
This field allows you to select the cross street at the shunt reactor from the Street Name List. |
Type |
Use this code-description field to identify the type of shunt reactor in the record. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the shunt reactor's active status. |
Installation Date |
Use this field to record the date on which the shunt reactor was installed. |
