RetroReflectivity Testing
The logic behind the calculations for RetroReflectivity testing come from The Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Device.
- If the Overhead=yes, the Background Color=Green, the Legend Color=White, RB<25 or RL<250, then Pass/Fail
- If the Overhead=No, the Background Color=Green, the Legend Color= White, RB<15 or RL<120, then Pass/Fail
- If the Bold Symbol=Yes, the Background Color=Yellow, Florescent Yellow Green, or Orange, the Legend Color=Black, the RB<50, then Pass/Fail
- If the Bold Symbol=No, the Background Color=Yellow, Florescent Yellow Green, or Orange, the Legend Color=Black, the RB <75, then Pass/Fail
- If the Background Color=Red, the Legend Color=White, the RL/RB<3 or RB<7 or RL<35, then Pass/Fail
- If the Background Color=White, the Legend Color=Black, the RB<50, then Pass/Fail
If False=0, If True=-1
Note: RB=RetroReflectivity of Background, RL=RetroReflectivity of Legend
