The Contractors tab allows you to record all contractors engaged to work on the construction project or work inspection. A sample of the Contractors grid appears below. You can sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow will appear indicating ascending or descending order. Click the headings again to change directions.
To add records to the grid, complete the following steps:
Right click in the grid and select Add Record. The following dialog will appear:
Select a Contractor from the pick list. This list is shared with the user-defined Contractor list on the General tab.
Select a Contractor Type from the user-defined pick list. Sample Types include General Contractors and Sub Contractors.
Indicate the number of staff members on site for the subcontractor.
Save and Close the record.
You can then use the right-click functions in the grid to View, Edit, or Delete the Contractor records.
