A number of hot keys are identified in the Status Bar of the Customer tab. These provide users with search functions unique to the Requests module. In general, searching for a previous request is triggered with the F7
hot key. Searching for the customer is triggered with the F8
hot key. Searching for street name list information is triggered with the F9
hot key. Entering default data is triggered with the F5
hot key.

If more than one matching contact is found, you will be asked to choose a contact. Choosing a contact will populate his/her information. Not choosing a contact will return you to the module screen. If the contact is found, it will proceed to search for the address. |
