Open Warranty Notice

You will receive a notice stating there are open warranties on a pump item if:

• The Work Order has a status less than 950 - Non Complete WO, and
• The Work Order has at least one Pump asset listed in the Assets tab, and
• The asset has at least one active record in the Warranty table of the Pump record, and
• The current system date is less than or equal to the warranty expiration date.

For example, in the notice above, you can see that this particular pump item has two open warranties:  A Manufacturer, 1 year warranty and a 90 day warranty from Pipe Bros.  Both warranties expire on 11/20/2009. Since both of those warranties are still open, we received the notice when we began to edit the work order.
