Toolkit

The Toolkit in this module allows you to update the current asset value based on the deterioration rates you set up in the Asset Distribution tab. This will recalculate the Remaining Life and Present Value fields in this record and the related asset inventory modules.

1. Select the Toolkit icon . The following window will appear:

   

2. Highlight "Update Current Asset Value" and click Execute.
3. The present value calculations in this module and others throughout the Sewer will be updated.

   Note: This toolkit function allows you to run this calculation on-demand; however, this calculation is also run nightly by the Lucity PM Service.
