Street Maintenance Header Data

At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Field Name	Definition
Subsegment Code	This field allows you to link your maintenance record to a Subsegments record by selecting an existing Subsegment Code from the pick list. To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or use the `F9` function.
Street Name From Street To Street Start and End Station	Once you have selected the Subsegment code in the field above, the system will automatically fill the corresponding data from the Subsegments module into these fields.
Rehab Technique	This field allows you to select a rehabilitation method from the pick list by pressing the field caption button or using the F9 function. This list comes from the Rehab Techniques module.
Maintenance Date	This field allows you to indicate the date the maintenance task was performed.
Rec #	This field contains an identification number automatically generated by the system when the record is added.

Note: In order to save your changes to the record, the Subsegment Code and Maintenance Date must be filled in.
