Change Assigned Form for a Grid

The Change Assigned Form tool in the Grid Menu enables you to change which Form opens from a Grid. The Form you select will become the default for this Grid in the current View in all modules. You can also use this tool to remove a Form from the Grid.

Open the View and Grid for which you want to change the assigned Form.
Select the Menu and select Change Assigned Form. A pop-up similar to the following appears:
Select a form from the Form to assign to this grid dropdown list.
Select one of the following options for your selected Form:
- Select Remove Assigned to remove the selected Form from this Grid and View.
- Select Save to assign this Form to this Grid and View.
Your Form changes are applied to this and all instances of the current Grid and View.
