Categories are used to define work in Lucity and are configured in the Category Setup module. The Category fields can be configured in the following formats.

Category Tree
The Category Tree option displays a popup that shows the Work Categories as they are organized in the Category Setup module using category hierarchy. Users can also type in the Category Code.
Single Drop Down
The Single Drop Down option displays a drop down list of all the categories listed in alphabetical order.
