1. In Lucity Web, click the Admin Portal button. The Admin Portal opens.
2. From the menu on the left, select Web App Management > Esri Portal Integration.
3. In the Portal URL field, enter the URL for your ArcGIS Portal.
   • Local Portal: https://yourserver/portal or https://www.yourserver.com/server, depending on your portal home address.
   • ArcGIS Online: https://www.arcgis.com
4. In the Portal Administrative User and Portal Administrative Password fields enter login credentials for an administrative user.

   Important: The Portal Administrative fields are case-sensitive.

   Note: Lucity does not save these credentials; they are used only during the registration process.

5. Select the Register this Lucity Web Application with ESRI button.
6. When the process is complete, the page displays the Client ID.

The the automated portal registration creates an application in the portal under the Content section.

To view the full details about the integration select the application, then select the Settings tab and click the Registerd Info button.

This includes the client Id used by Lucity along with the URL for your Lucity Web environment that handles login redirects. This will always end in "Public/oauth-callback.html"

If you unregister the app, or if you remove a URL, it may cause Lucity to be unable to use the portal integration. If that happens you can reset and create the portal integration details as described below.

1. In Lucity Web click the button to open the Admin Portal.
2. Go to Web App Management > Esri Portal Integration.
3. Click the Clear button.

3. Check the Enable ESRI SSO Integration box.
4. The Web application must be restarted.

1. In the Lucity Security program go to Security > User Group Setup.
2. Select a user from the User list.
3. Click Edit User(s). The following pop-up appears:

   

4. Enter the user's ESRI credentials into the ESRI Logon ID.
5. Click Ok.

1. Launch the Lucity Web application. The login screen will appear:

   

2. Click the Sign in with ArcGIS button. A screen similar to the following will load:

   

3. Enter an ArcGIS Username and Password and click SIGN IN.
4. The system will login using the Lucity account associated to the entered ArcGIS account.

   Note: Once logged in with SSO, the user will not need to enter credentials for any services federated with the portal or that are configured to login automatically in the portal.
