The the automated portal registration creates an application in the portal under the Content section.
To view the full details about the integration select the application, then select the Settings tab and click the Registerd Info button.
This includes the client Id used by Lucity along with the URL for your Lucity Web environment that handles login redirects. This will always end in "Public/oauth-callback.html"
If you unregister the app, or if you remove a URL, it may cause Lucity to be unable to use the portal integration. If that happens you can reset and create the portal integration details as described below.
In Lucity Web click the button to open the Admin Portal.
Go to Web App Management > Esri Portal Integration.
Click the Clear button.
ArcGIS Portal SSO Configuration
The integration with ArcGIS Portal allows users to log into Lucity Web using their ArcGIS credentials. With this part of the integration setup the user can use the webmap without having to enter credentials.
Launch the Lucity Web application. The login screen will appear:
Click the Sign in with ArcGIS button. A screen similar to the following will load:
Enter an ArcGIS Username and Password and click SIGN IN.
The system will login using the Lucity account associated to the entered ArcGIS account.
Note: Once logged in with SSO, the user will not need to enter credentials for any services federated with the portal or that are configured to login automatically in the portal.
