Lucity enables agencies to specify which Notifications the system should trigger when the task is used as a Main Task on a work order. This happens when you set the Main Task on a Work Order or change the Main Task on an existing Work Order.
Task Notifications Grid
A Task Setup record's Task Notifications grid lists the automatic notifications associated with the Task by default.
In the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Task Setup module, click the button to expand the TaskSetup record to which you want to add a notification.
Select the Notifications grid and click the button. The Task Notifications form appears.
Use the Notification pick-list to select an existing Notification template. These email templates come from the Work > System Configuration > Notifications module.
Click Select.
Save and close the record. The selected Notification now appears in the Task Setup record's Task Notifications grid.
