Fats, Oils and Greases

Lucity's Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) modules enable agencies to track all aspects of their FOG program. A FOG program is a strategic effort to monitor and reduce the amount of fats, oils and greases that enter a sanitary sewer system.

Agencies can use Lucity to track:

• each FOG-producing facility they oversee;
• individual pump-out service calls;
• the waste haulers that service grease-traps/interceptors; and
• the receiving stations that store or dispose of fats, oils and greases.

Relationships

The diagram below shows how Lucity's FOG modules relate to each other. The numbers and asterisks (*) indicate the number of records possible on each end of the relationship. For example, many (denoted by an asterisk) Grease Extractors can be attached to one (1) FOG Facility.
