How to add a Solid Waste RouteThe Solid Waste - Routes module enables agencies to designate which Solid Waste account locations should be serviced on its pick-up routes.
Each Route record consists of list of Solid Waste account records. Users can record details such as the pick-up day, route type, assigned crew and required equipment for each route, which can be useful for resource allocation and customer service purposes. They can also order locations on the pickup route.
Route records can be created for both commercial and residential accounts. Users also can track Work Orders and PMs for each pick-up route.
Common Tasks
To open the Routes module, select Refuse/Recycle > Routes.
