Lucity Web provides two Customer modules: Customer Contacts and Customer Address. This allows an agency to build a comprehensive list of addresses and tie them to related assets and contacts.
Module Relationships
The graphic below illustrates the basic relationships between the Customer modules.
Multiple Customer Addresses can be associated with each Customer Contact record. Likewise, multiple Customer Contacts can be associated with each Customer Address record.
For each Customer Address record, users can identify utility links to an Electric Circuit, a sanitary Sewer Pipe, a Storm Conduit, a Water Distribution Pipe, and a Street Segment.
Multiple Electric Meters, Generators and Motors can be associated with each Customer Address record.
Multiple commercial customer Solid Waste pickups and residential Solid Waste accounts can be associated with each Customer Address record.
Multiple Customer Addresses can be associated with each Parcel record. Likewise, multiple Parcels can be associated with each Customer Address record.
