Select the features you want to sync from the feature service layer.
Click Menu and select Force Sync. The following dialog will appear:
Mark the desired options
Insert record if it doesn't already exist - Enables the sync to add new records to Lucity.
Update existing record - Enables the sync to modify records already in Lucity.
Enable number generator for imports - Enables any number generators setup in the configuration. Records being synced that do not have a Common ID will be assigned one and added to the Lucity system.
Enable spatial relates for imports - Enables any spatial relationships setup in the configuration. Relationships are automatically calculated for the selected assets.
Sync Attachement - Causes the sync to include Esri attachments for the feature as documents attached to the record into Lucity. This function offers the following options
No Attachement Sync - The attachements are not synced from Esri to Lucity.
Attachment Reference - A link to the attachment's current location is added to Lucity but the file is left in its current location.
Attachement Copy - A copy of the attachment is uploaded to your Lucity Document Hive and the copy is linked to Lucity.
Carry over to Work Order - Causes any documents that are linked to records in Lucity to have the Carry over to work order flag marked. This means if the document is linked to an asset record, that the document will be linked to and futher work orders for the asset.
Click OK. The system will add the sync to a queue of background tasks and it will typically be performed within 5 minutes.
