1. In the Raw Water Pipes inventory module, click the button.
2. Create a unique Pipe Number to identify the record (required).
3. Select the type of raw-water asset found on the from end using the From End Type pick-list. Then, use the From End pick-list to select the specific asset found there.
4. Select the type of raw-water asset found on the to end using the To End Type pick-list. Then, use the To End pick-list to select the specific asset found there.
5. Enter the pipe Diameter, Material, and Length.
6. Complete other fields as desired.
7. Click the button to save the record. The new record appears in the grid.

Method 1: From the Raw Water Pipes Module

1. Open the Raw Pipes inventory module.
2. Click the button to expand the Pipe record to which you want to add a Pressure Pipe Inspection.
3. In the Pressure Pipe Inspection grid, click the button. A new record appears using the selected record's Pipe Number.
4. Continue to Filling Out the Record...

Method 2: From the Raw Water Pressure Pipe Inspection Module

1. Open the Raw Water > Pipes > Pressure Pipe Inspection module.
2. Click the button. A new record appears.
3. Enter or select the Pipe Number for the Raw Water Pipe being pressure-inspected (required).
4. Continue to Filling Out the Record...

Filling Out the Record

1. Enter the Pres Inspection Date (required).
   • The combination of Pipe Number and Pres Inspection Date must form a unique combination.
2. Complete other fields as desired.
3. Check the Maintenance Requested or Needs Repair fields to automatically create a request or work order for the pipe.
4. Click the button to save the record. The new Pressure Pipe Inspection record appears in the grid.

3. Select the Pipe Inspection grid and click the button. A new Inspection record appears with the selected record's Pipe Number.
