The system can be configured so that only an employee's supervisor can manage the employees certifications.

For this to work the employee setup must have the supervisor/employee heirarchy filled out.

How this works
When the employee certification status changes their supervisor must log into Lucity, go into the Certifications > Employees grid, and add/edit/delete the employee record. Not other user will be able to modify that employee's record.
