Integration w/ Facility

  • Storage Facility Inventories
  • Supply Source Inventories
  • Pump Station Inventories
  • Vault Inventories
  • Structurework Inventories

Activates the Alt. Building field for the listed Water assets, allowing users to link Water assets to Buildings in Lucity's Facility program.

Through this integration, any Equipment that is associated with a linked Building appears in the Other Equipment grid on the Water asset record.

Note: This option must be enabled to implement the Integration w/ Equipment.

Populate Service Tap ID w/ Acct No. and Tap No.

  • Service Tap Inventories

Directs Lucity to auto-populate the Service Tap ID for new Service Tap records using data from the Account Number and Tap Number fields.

For example, when this option is enabled, if a user enters 444 as the Account Number and 2 for the Tap Number, the system would automatically set the Service Tap ID to be 444-2.

Note: When this option is enabled, the Account Number and Tap Number fields on Service Tap records are required.

Force Uniqueness for Address and Tap No for Service Tap Record

  • Service Tap Inventories

Prohibits users from saving a Service Tap inventory record if the Address and Tap Number entered are not unique.

Update Main Break with Pipe Inventory Record Info

Backflow

BFP Next Test Date Frequency

BFP Next Rebuild Date Frequency

  • Backflow Preventer Inventory

Enables an administrator to set a default numeric value for the Next Rebuild Date Frequency field in the Backflow Inventory module, thereby prescribing a standard number of Rebuild Date Frequency Units (hours, days, weeks, months or years, see explanation below) before the next rebuild occurs.

BFP Next Rebuild Date Frequency Units

  • Backflow Preventer Inventory

Use Testing Date to Recalculate Next Test/Rebuild Date

  • Backflow Inventory
  • Backflow Tests

Directs Lucity to auto-populate the Next Test/Rebuild Date with the Date of the most recent Backflow Test.

If this option is set to No, Lucity uses the Last Test Date and Last Rebuild Date to determine when each backflow test and rebuild is due, regardless of when the equipment was last inspected or rebuilt (as recorded in the Backflow Tests module).

BF Tests - Validate Company Licenses and Test Kits

  • Backflow Preventer Tests
  • Backflow Testing Companies

Backflow Tests

Directs Lucity to verify whether the Company listed on a new Backflow Test record has a valid License and valid (unexpired) Test Kit as criteria for saving the record.

Backflow Testing Companies

Directs Lucity to verify whether both the Initial Tester and Final Tester are linked to a valid Company as criteria for saving the record.  A Company is considered to be valid if it has at least one active license.

Note: Lucity recommends that agencies enable this option.

BFP Tester Inactive Date Frequency

BFP Tester Inactive Date Frequency Units

  • Backflow Preventers Testers

Directs Lucity to calculate the Date Inactive for a Tester based on the value the user entered in the Date Active field.

This calculation is based on the numeric value specified in the BFP Tester Inactive Date Frequency option and the time duration specified in the BFP Tester Inactive Date Frequency Units option.

For example, if a Tester's active status should end 3 years from the Date Active, the user would enter a '3' for the BFP Tester Inactive Date Frequency option and enter a 'Years' for the BFP Tester Inactive Date Frequency Units option.
