The Fleet Inventory module is used to track equipment for which usage is measured by an odometer, such as a dump truck or other work-related vehicle.
Each record tracks basic attributes of a vehicle, including make, model, year, VIN, operator, and purchase date. The module also tracks information about associated insurance and warranties. Finally, it can link to related fueling records, travel logs, and pieces of equipment. Other primary functions of this module include estimating the running cost of the vehicle and assessing the vehicle's life span based on costs and odometer readings.
