How To Populate the Complete Date for Multiple Checklist Items

The Populate Complete Date feature allows the user to enter a Completion Date for multiple Checklist Items without having to open each individual record.

  1. Select the checklist item or items in the grid.
  2. Right-click on the items and select Populate Complete Date. The following window will appear:

    Complete Date Time

  3. Mark whether the task was completed.
  4. Enter the date and time.
  5. Click Button OK. The date you entered will then appear in the Checklist grid for the items you selected.
