The Group Selected Resources option assigns a group number to the selected resources. This is useful if you want to associate an Employee with a piece of Equipment for certification purposes.
Highlight the resources you want grouped in the Resources grid.
Right-click and select Group Selected Resources. This will assign a group number to the resources.
How To Remove a Group Number
Highlight the resource.
Right-click and select View Record. This will open the resource record.
Delete the group number from the Group No. field in the resource record.
