How To Load Checklist Items from a Task

The Load Checklist from Task feature lets users select another Task from the pick-list.  The Checklist Items for that Task will be auto-populated in the current Checklist grid.

  1. Right-click in the Checklist grid and select Load Checklist from Task. The following window will appear:

    Select Task

  2. Select a task from the Tasks window. 

    Note: This window lists all the tasks that are housed in the Work Flow Setup Work Tasks module.

  3. Click select. The checklist items will appear in the grid.
