How To Create a Subset

The Create Subset option lets a user select a group of asset records and create a subset.

  1. Highlight the asset records you want included in the subset.
  2. Right-click and select Subsets > Create Subset.

  3. Name the new subset. 

    Note: If you click the green arrow in the bottom left corner, you will see a list of existing subset names (duplicate names are not permitted).

  4. Click Button OK to save the subset name.
