How To Associate Requests by Work Request Number

The Work Requests option allows you to select a request by Work Request Number.

1. Right-click in the Requests grid and select Associate Work Request With > Work Request Number. The following window will appear:

   

2. Enter the work request number in the dialog box.

   Note: If you enter a request number that doesn't exist, you will be prompted to re-enter the number.

3. Click to add the request to the Requests grid.
