How To Associate Requests with the Same Infrastructure

The Same Infrastructure option generates a search for all work Requests that have the same infrastructure as the Work Order. The term "Infrastructure" refers to the affected asset listed in the Requests tab of the request itself. This affected asset must match one the assets listed in the Assets grid of the work order.

Note: This option will be disabled if there are no assets in the Assets grid of the work order.

How To Associate Requests with the Same Infrastructure

1. Right-click in the Requests grid and select Associate Work Request With > Same Infrastructure.
2. A list of available Requests with the same infrastructure as the Work Order will appear.
3. Select a Request and click to add the request to the grid. To select multiple requests, hold down the Shift key while selecting each request.
