How To Associate Requests and Work Orders with the Same Problem

The Same Problem option generates a search for all work Requests that have the same problem as the current Work Order.

Note: This option will be disabled if a problem is not specified in the WO tab of the work order.

1. Right-click in the Requests grid and select Associate Work Request With > Same Problem.
2. A list of available requests with the same problem as the work order will appear.
3. Select a request and click to add the request to the grid. To select multiple requests, hold down the Shift key while selecting each request.
