How To Add a Map Coordinate to a Work Order

This feature allows you to add a location's X and Y coordinates from ArcMap to a Work Order.

To Add the X/Y Coordinates from a Map to a Work Order

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add X/Y Point From Map. This will open ArcMap, and you will receive the following prompt:

   

2. Click on the map to select the X/Y points that you want added to the work order.

   Note: Do not switch tools in ArcMap prior to selecting features. Simply begin selecting features once the map is opened.

3. Click F2 when you are finished.
