The Toolkit in the Work module contains several tools that enable users to search for existing Requests by:
Customer Address
Location Address
Parcel
Phone Number
How To Use a Tool in the Work Toolkit
Click on the Toolkit button in the module toolbar to access the Work tools. The following window appears:
Select one of the search functions from the list and click Execute. A window similar to the following will appear. Depending on your selection in the Toolkit dialog, this window will list existing requests with the same Customer Address, Location Address, Parcel, or Phone Number as the current Request record.
Search through the list of existing requests to locate the desired record. Click Select to open the corresponding Request.
