Click the Add New button or select a filter and click the Edit button to view the Filter Editor. Filters are either considered Basic or Advanced. By default, all new filters are Basic.
Basic Filters
Basic filters are simple ones created/edited one step at a time using the Filter Builder. The process begins by selecting the module or child module on which to base the filter. Then, the user chooses the field to which to apply the filter and the condition upon which to base results (ie =, >, <, etc...). Finally, the user enters the factor the filter should identify. (Multiple fields can be filtered at once.)
All new filters are Basic filters.
Basic filters can be converted to Advanced filters.
