Once a citizen has received a copy of a Web Citizen Request via email, he or she can click on the link provided in the message at any time to view the current status of the Request.
The citizen will see something similar to the image below. The view includes the Request Number, the Requestor's Email address, the Status of the Request, and the Status Date. The Status Date indicates when the status was last updated. Sample statuses include New Request, Assigned to Work Order, Investigating, On Hold, Completed, etc.
