Web Map Print Setup

The Print tool allows users to export your current map view into a file format of your choosing.

Requirements

• Only supported if the ArcGIS Portal an agency is using has access to their map services.
• Requires an ArcGIS 10.4+ Print Service.

How to Setup Web Map Printing

1. Collect your ArcGIS Print Service REST URL.

   Example: https://arcgis.example.net/server/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer/Export%20Web%20Map%20Task

2. Open the Lucity Administration Tool and go to GIS > GIS Services.
3. On the Utility Services tab look for the Printing Services section.
4. Enter the URL into the Printing Services section.

   

5. If the service is secured check the Service is Secure? The program will use the credentails associated to the first service listed on the Map Services tab.
