Attach to Work Order

The Attach to Work Order tool enables users to attach assets and x/y point locations to a pre-existing Work Order.

How To Attach Assets to a Work Order

1. Select one or more features or Work Points in the map or from the data table..
2. Click in the field next to the Attach to Work Order tool and type in a Work Order Number.

   Note:  If you clicked the Add Asset/XY from Map from the Show in Map tool in the work order module, then the Work Order Number will already be filled out in the tool.

3. Click the go button next to the tool. The selected Features or Points are attached to the Work Order.
   • Features are added to the Asset grid of the Work Order.
   • Work Points are added to the Location grid of the Work Order.
