Column Sorting

When analyzing the information in a grid, users may need to rearrange the data in different ways to answer different questions. This is done by sorting.

The system allows users to sort data by a single column or to apply sorts to multiple columns at the same time.

How To Sort a Column

1. Click on the column header for the column you want to sort.
2. The column will automatically be sorted in ascending order.
3. Click the column header again to sort by descending order.
4. Click the column header again to clear the sort.
