Lucity Process Log

The Lucity Process Log is a tool that helps troubleshoot problems users may encounter while using the Lucity Tools. It is rare for a user to see the log because it appears automatically only when an error occurs; however, it can be turned on at any time. This log file is very helpful to Lucity Support representatives.

How To Use the Log

  1. Click the process log button. The log appears, snapped to the bottom of the screen.
  2. For more complete logging, check the Log Everything box. This option can be disabled at any time.

    Note: Having the log on, particularly with the Log Everything option enabled, slows Lucity processing time.

  3. Click the Menu window to access options to Clear or Export the log.
