How To Enter a Response

To enter the requester's responses to the script questions:

1. Right-click on a question and select Edit Record. The Problem Script window will appear.
2. Enter the requester's response in the Response field.
3. Click to save the response.
4. Click to close the window.

The saved response will show up in the Script grid to the right of the question.
