Users may also use this tab to indicated whether a vehicle is considered high or low priority. A high priority vehicle is one that is in high demand, such as an emergency vehicle or fire truck.

Work Employee

Assigns an employee to the vehicle. The list of employees provided in this field comes from the Work > Work Flow Setup > Employee module. Click on a field name or press F9 within a field for a list of employees. Note: If the agency does not own the Work program, this field is not available. Note: The vehicle will show up on the selected employee record's Issued tab. |
Operator Email |
Indicates the operator's Email address. When an address is provided, the operator automatically receives related fleet notifications. |
WO Equip Code

Links a record in the Fleet Inventory to a record in the Work Flow Setup > Equipment module. This function allows the fleet vehicle to be used as a resource on a work order instead of as an asset. (A work order asset is the asset that is being worked on. A work order resource is an object being used to complete the work order.) Enter the Equipment ID for the Work Flow Setup > Equipment record to associate it with this record. Or, enter a new number in this field to automatically create a matching record in the Work Flow Setup > Equipment module. Hot Keys Press F5 within the field to automatically insert the Fleet ID. Press F9 within the field to select from a list of records from the Work Flow Setup > Equipment module. Note: If the agency does not own the Work program, this field is not available. |
Site ID |
Allows users to assign the vehicle to a specific site. Click on a field name or press F9 within a field for a list of sites. The list comes from the Facility > Site > Site Inventory module. Note: If the agency does not own the Facilities program, this field is not available. |
Building ID |
Allows users to assign the vehicle to a specific building. Click on a field name or press F9 within a field for a list of buildings. The list comes from the Facility > Building > Building module. Note: If the agency does not own the Facilities program, this field is not available. |
