How To Re-Route a Task

The Re-Route option allows a user to reset a group of prior steps. The first step selected is reactivated (status of "pending"), and the subsequent steps return to the "in-active" status.  This function is especially useful if you need to redo several steps.

  1. Select a routing task in the grid.
  2. Right-click and select Re-Route. A window will open listing all the previous steps (the step you selected will not appear in this window-only the prior steps appear).
  3. Select the step you want reset. The step will be reactivated to a "pending" status and all subsequent steps will be made "in-active" again.
