How To Populate Task Units

The Populate Task Units option allows the user to select multiple Tasks and update the number of Units used to complete them without having to open each individual Task record. Upon entering Units, the system updates the Total Cost of the Task based on the Unit Cost and the number of units entered.

  1. Select the task(s), Right-click in the grid and select Populate Task Units. The following window will open.

  2. Enter the number of units used.
  3. Click Button OK.  The task record(s) will automatically be updated.
