The header fields contain general information to identify each permit. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

This is the ID for the permit. It is automatically generated by the system. The format of the number can be changed in the Work Options. For information about changing the format of the number go here. |
USA Number |
This is allows users to enter an alternate ID. |
Permit Type |
This pick-list field allows users to indicate the type of permit being created. (ie. special use, construction, etc...) |
Date Issued |
This field is used to record the date the permit was issued. |
USA Expired Date |
This field is used to record the date the permit will expire. |
Start Date |
This field is used to record the start date of the permitted work period. |
End Date |
This field is used to record the end date of the permitted work period. |
Permit Rec # |
This is the system record number. It is automatically filled out when a record is created and saved. |
