The Fleet modules enable an agency to track its vehicle inventory and inspections, as well as its fuel consumption and costs. Other modules store information about the life of the vehicle or piece of equipment.
The Fleet Inventory includes any vehicles that measure usage by an odometer. In contrast, Equipment modules track equipment that measure usage by an hour meter or something other than an odometer.
Module Relationships
Each Fleet record can be linked to many pieces of Equipment.
Each Fleet record can be associated with multiple Fueling records.
Fluids established in the Work Flow Setup can be linked to each Fleet record through Fueling records (e.g., gasoline, motor oil, etc.).
Each Fleet record can have multiple components and subcomponents linked to it that link it back to Work Flow Setup Materials.
Multiple Warranties can be associated with each Fleet asset, as well as with each Fleet component and subcomponent.
Multiple Travel log entries can be linked to one Fleet asset.
