Fleet Fuelings

Agencies can use Lucity's Fleet Fuelings module to record each time a Fleet Inventory vehicle is refueled. When users track the vehicle's corresponding odometer reading, the system can also:

• provide data on the vehicle's fuel efficiency;
• schedule preventative maintenance work orders; and
• determine the warranty status, depreciation, and replacement cost of the vehicle.

In addition to tracking fuel, the Fleet Fuelings module also allows users to record other fluids used in the vehicle, such as oil or wiper fluid.

How To Access

To open the Fleet Fuelings module, select Fleet > Fleet > Fleet Fuelings.
